What are your prices?

As each event is unique, our prices vary depending on the service(s) you are requesting, the time & date of your event, and your event location. Please contact us with the details of your event and we'll be happy to provide a quote.

What areas do you service?

Our main service areas include the following Louisiana regions: Florida Parishes, Acadiana, and Greater New Orleans. Some cities we regularly service are Baton Rouge, Covington, Denham Springs, Gonzales, Port Allen, New Orleans, and Lafayette; however, we are happy to serve the entirety of Louisiana and the U.S.

For areas outside of Baton Rouge, a travel fee may be added to your total. For areas outside of Louisiana, accommodations and travel expenses must be supplied.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that sometimes things happen beyond our control and so we do allow for cancellations; however, your deposit may not be refunded as this amount was required to secure the date and time of the event, thus turning away other customers.

Please read the contract provided to you upon booking for further information.

If your event is to be rescheduled in lieu of cancellation, we will do our best to accommodate you; however, accommodations will be subject to date, time, & availability.

What should I provide for the entertainers?

For Face Painters and Caricature Artists, we require one table and two chairs per entertainer. Balloon Artists will need one table and one chair. Santa and other entertainers should have seating accommodations, but may be mobile dependent on event type.

In the event that you are unable to supply tables and/or chairs, please let us know when booking so that we can provide these on your behalf.

If your event is outside, we do require that entertainers are set up in full shade while working so that they, and those they are serving, have the best possible experience. In the event of inclement weather, it may be best to have a backup location for your event entertainment.

Failure to provide safe and adequate working conditions for our entertainers may result in cancellation.

What venues have you serviced?

We've entertained at some very interesting locations, including the Governor's Mansion, Sugar Bowl, Super Bowl, Final Four, casinos, churches, schools, military bases, plants, hospitals, car dealerships, and historic locations along the Mississippi River.

What well-known customers have you served?

Some of our customers include Raising Cane's, Izzo's, Chick-fil-a, Buffalo Wild Wings, Texas Roadhouse, Cheba Hut, the New Orleans Saints, Pelicans, LSU, and more!

We've also done many events for the Art's Council of Greater Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish Library, Louisiana Book Festival, and the Red Stick Farmers Market.
